Rehabwithoutwalls

Rehabwithoutwalls is a unique group of interrelated treatment facilities that together form a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals with brain injury and other neurological disorders specializing in neurobehavioral rehabilitation, transitional rehabilitation, and long-term support services. Rehabwithoutwalls is GARF accredited.

Our seven treatment programs create a supportive environment that allows individuals to transition to more independent settings, stop along the way to fully master newly acquired skills, or step back to practice challenging tasks. This continuity ensures that progress is never interrupted and that each person experiences success at his/her own pace. With transitions to more independent settings, higher-level skills are addressed. Individuals may be admitted to any program along the Continuum.

Rehabwithoutwalls is led by a treatment team with over 100 years of combined experience in brain injury rehabilitation. Our functionally based residential settings offer active treatment from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm, seven days a week. The rehabilitation environment includes cognitive rehabilitation (for memory, attention, organization, initiation, planning, and problem-solving skills), behavioral management to include social skills, conflict resolution, and stress/relaxation groups, individual licensed therapies (when indicated), group therapy, psychological counseling, substance abuse counseling/programs (where indicated), medication management and training, and pre¬vocational training/support. Treatment also includes weekly health team rounds (Medical Director and Manager of Medical Services), monthly/quarterly outcome plan review meetings, and family training.
