Reserving a timeslot

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions and keeping with Texas State University's "Roadmap to Return" guidance on shared indoor spaces, occupant density is limited to 50% of rated maximum. Occupancy signs indicate the total normal capacity of each space.

The Graduate Student Office (UAC258) is limited to 7 occupants at a time (50% occupancy limit for the room).

Please use the new Psychology Graduate Office Reservation portal to reserve a time to enter the room.

NOTE: If a specific time is not listed on the reservation screen that means that 7 people have already booked that time slot. If you require more than 1hr in the office. Please make additional reservations for the hours needed.
